The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) the government organization for people to get their licenses and deal with other vehicle-related matters. One of the issues found when polling people is the confusion with the DMV's appointment process. The solution was a redesign of their appointment website for less confusion. The color palette
of navy blue, light blue, gold, and white were used to give the page more color and vibrancy. The page layouts are simplified to allow the user to focus on the main task rather than getting distracted by other elements on the page.
Buttons and dropdown menus are used to navigate the user in order to give them a simplified and streamlined experience. On the confirmation page, a list is given of what is needed so that the user understands what they need to bring if they have to go to an actual location for their appointment.
