Kelly Arts University (KAU) is an arts college that has both competitive academics and athletics, with academics drom studio arts, design, architecture, and art history. A light and dark variant of green and gold were used in the logo and branding since they are the official colors of Australia. The platypus is native to Australia and has many unique features, which represents the various areas of art taught at KAU. There are seven squares on the platypus' tail, which represent the seven states and territories that make up Australia.
